Born in Buenos Aires in 1989. As Clothing Designer, graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, she gets involved in the world of accessories as the program requires. Far from being one more subject, in 2014 she comes across her vocation. She applies to exhibit in Germany and wins, beginning her formative career with this incentive.
She then moves to Barcelona, where she finishes a Master in Applied Arts focused in Contemporary Jewelry, in the Escola Massana.
After her experience of life facing exile, social and cultural change, which leads her to change her habits, the excuse of a great project is born.
Without leaving jewelry aside or art as a means of communication and expression, she begins a hard experiment and investigation in biodegradable materials, with the intention of identifying the origin of the supplies she uses. The combination between a perishable material and metal in its slightest expression, as a typical feature of traditional jewelry, give as a result a piece capable of being transformed. Her intention is to bring atypical materials closer to the users, those which aren´t used in the market yet due to the non- profitable production but whose abilities are to replace plastic packaging perfectly.
On the other hand, without overlooking the most poetic sense, she wishes to inspire to think about consumerism and the permanent practices of replacement of the goods we buy, as our behaviour has integrated and normalized the habit of buying and throwing away.
These ephemeral jewels, will leave their traces at the end of their lives, for the remains of that metal wire which doesn´t hold any more, but will perpetuate and decorate forever.
