Albina Bunina
Albina Bunina was born in a small town in Russia, where she studied at a comprehensive and children's art school. As a child, she was always drawing on everything and everywhere. Later, she moved to the city of St. Petersburg, where she studied art and graphic design at the Institute of decorative and applied arts.
Albina aspired to be an illustrator and after graduation, she relocated to Moscow where she worked as a book cover designer for a major Russian book publisher and later began working at an advertising agency.
In 2014, Albina got married, had a child, and resigned from her corporate job. She devoted herself to painting and booked her first group exhibition later that year.
In 2015, after Albina's first sale during an online auction, she decided to pursue freelance art full time and is currently developing her personal style which heavily focuses on elements of nature and emotion. She also collaborates with global brands as a freelance illustrator.
