“Art has always been my fascination right from my childhood, and I was keen to continue both my academic and professional pursuit in this field to turn out my interests and curiosities into realities. However, my desire is to take that further by developing skills that can help integrate art and my surroundings together as I have realized the ever growing importance of painting to culture and the whole world, as my goal to pursue a career as an artist.
The style of painting I pursue is characterized chiefly by concentration on the general impression produced by realistic portraits, their sensation, feeling and passion. From my early childhood, school years, I believed that success is a mix of strong interest and persistent hard work. Through the years, I developed culture of hard work and enthusiasm and enjoyed studying and working longer hours in my studio. A reflection of this has been the talent I achieved in my art works including brush movements, compositions, taste of colors and studying different styles. In my life as an artist I explore deep inside the feelings present in portraits and worries about how to depict blends with it. Ever since I was introduced to portrait art, I have realized that it takes up a challenging, yet exciting task in integrating the feelings in real life with my canvas and this attracts me. It is the unexpected that gives a painting the quality of being special. As an artist, I believe that art can introduce communication to the world; it can propose positive changes in our way of living and as a painter, I want to be part of that change."
