Perforay 01 is an abstract geometric light artwork, purposed to be used as an ambient wall lamp. The piece is powered by a thin Electroluminescent panel (EL panel) which transmits a soft, elegant and subtle glow in the ambience through the perforated aluminium sheet.

When the EL panel is switched off, it has a pinky color, as shown in the picture.

With a background in engineering, Stavros Kotsakis is an autodidact light artist and designer who has been running his own lighting design studio named Studio Lampent since 2011.
